I went as a new patient and after spending 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork (which was after giving her my insurance card) the idiot nurse tells me there is $20 co pay and it can't be paid by use of a card. So I drive home and get $20 and come back to have her tell me it is now $100 because my insurance is no longer valid. I leave to get the $100, come back, and she has sent the doctor home. Her excuse was "you didn't tell me you were coming back". If I had to leave to get $20, where did she think I was going to pull the other $80 from? She tells me it's my fault for giving her an expired insurance and that she could only check it once my paperwork was filled out ... then why would you need my insurance card prior to filling out the paperwork? Idiots. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't spit on them if they were burning.

dr.olden is the best. he really cares about his patients unlike most drs. that just see dollar signs. spends as much time with you as you need him to

My overal experience with Dr. Olden was great. He listened to me and answered all of my questions.

He really listened to my complaints and ordered the proper tests, unlike previous doctors. I'm going to miss him, since I moved to GA.
