Dr. Michael Orseck, MD

I used Dr Orseck for smart lipo. I am slim, but my adomen and torso had fat that I just could not shake. I was left with less fat in the right areas, but not enough in my lower abdomen. Now it really seems to be an eyesore. I'm really disappointed that I did not have a sleeker appearance in this area when all the healing was done. I do not feel I got my money's worth. He is willing to tweak, but that's adding one half to the price over already paid! Geesh. Think twice, folks.

Dr. Orseck is the WORST Dr I have ever been seen. He rushed through the pre surgery marking and the actual surgery. Botched the breast augmentation the first time around, didn’t even have a follow up appointment with me until 3 months later, did a “revision” surgery that was just as bad as the first. He’s the most unethical, uncaring Doctor that you could ever have. He’s getting sued now, getting reported to the BBB, and reported to the news and every review board that matters. His license should be revoked and he should go to jail for criminal conduct. He’s a scum bag that shouldn’t be allowed to touch anyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Orseck for the past six months for Botox and fillers to improve areas on my face that was showing my age. Dr. Orseck has really improved my appearance and it looks natural. I couldn’t be happier and will continue to go to Dr. Orseck. I always feel so comfortable with Dr. Orseck because he is so kind as well as his staff. I also appreciate Dr. Orseck taking the time to listen to my concerns and recommending procedures I could have to improve those areas, without being pushy or sounding greedy. Which I had experienced with my previous physician before I saw Dr. Orseck. Dr. Orcesk is just a genuine and caring doctor who wants his patients to be happy and feel good about themselves. I’m so happy I found him.

Dr Orseck is not only a very skilled physician, he is also a very kind, caring and compassionate physician. Whitney his NP is also very caring and knowledgeable. The entire office is excellent. Any time I had a question before, during or after surgery, I simply sent an email and was answered back very promptly. I also can not say enough about my experience at Spartanburg Regional Hospital. By far the best experience as a whole I have ever had.

After receiving a breast cancer diagnosis , I was quickly referred to Dr Orseck for DIEP flap reconstruction following a double mastectomy . He came highly recommended for this particular procedure as I wanted a natural reconstruction free of implants . I have now undergone my second stage reconstruction and couldn’t be happier with my results . Dr Orseck and his staff were always very professional and helpful throughout the entire process . He has a great PA named Whitney who is also exceptional . I am so pleased with my results and have a confidence boost as this procedure leaves u with a sort of tummy tuck effect as well. At first I was skeptical about not seeing him during my hospital stay but this man's work speaks for itself. My DIEP FLAP LOOKS AND FEELS GREAT, 9 days post op and I'm a lil sore but overall pleased with my results. The left breast looks a lil funny but thanks to Dr. Orseck, my flap is alive and doing wonderful ??
