I have had a Tib/ Fib repair, an ACL reconstruction, and next month he will repair a rotator cuff. I am so grateful that I found him. Anytime I had imaging done, he personally called me. And he takes the time to explain what the imaging shows, and options. I am amazed at his patience, and his bed side manner. Not only is he an exceptional surgeon, he is kind and humble. I have recommended him to several family members, and even patients of mine. I will continue to be a patient until he retires!

Dr Parentis gave me excellent care. He did shoulder surgery & knee replacement & have been going to him for several years. He listens to all my question & never rushes me. Such a caring person. Also the staff is the best.

One year after my left knee replacement and I am so glad Dr Parentis is my surgeon! The staff at Orchard Park is so friendly and helpful, and all my many questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. My knee now works perfectly, and it was great to have physical therapy right next door, always in contact with the doctor for very personalized help with recovery. I began seeing his PA, Jennifer (who is EXCELLENT also!) for shoulder pain in May 2022. When my concerns were confirmed (xray, MRI), I was able to make a timely appt. to see Dr. Michael Parentis. When I met with him to review my MRI results, he gave me advice on how to proceed but there was no pressure to have surgery/not have surgery. Within a week I decided to have the shoulder surgery, I was easily able to contact his surgical scheduler and get in with Dr. Parentis in an acceptable amount of time that also fit my schedule. My surgery went very well, and Dr. Parentis was able to complete all of the repair/"clean-up" (bone spurs & arthritis) as well. My spouse spoke to him - as Dr. Parentis calls the person waiting for the patient to review surgery, and later that night Dr. Parentis called me also. HE called me - not a staff member, to make sure all was okay on my end. Dr. Michael Parentis is the best there is in WNY - I highly recommend him without hesitation. - unsolicited review.

Dr. Parentis was terrific. He performed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I am extremely satisfied with the results. He explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable with having the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Parentis for any orthopedic needs.

Dr. Parentis replaced both my knees. He is very attentive and kind. He is also very informative, takes the time to show and explain my x-rays. I would highly recommend him!

After years of pain and not being able to wear a shoe, Dr Parentis offered the surgery I needed to get back on track with my life. He removed the tendon, cleaned out the scar tissue and cut the bone spur, before putting the tendon back in with 4 tiny screws. The three months of healing went by quickly and I can now wear all shoes without pain. The procedure went exactly as he explained it would. His staff is friendly and easy to work with and I thank them all. I would happily recommend him to anyone who has this problem.

Wny knee and orthopedic was wonderful in treatment of both knees. Resulting in a total replacement. The care and pt are excellent. The staff is great personable and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
