Dr. Michael S. ParkDr. Michael S. Park was born in Brooklyn, NY. He attended college at the University of Pennsylvania and medical school in Syracuse, NY, at Upstate Medical University. He completed his surgery internship at NYU and his neurosurgical residency at USF in Tampa, in addition to a research fellowship at Northwestern University. He also completed part of his training at Saint Louis University. Before joining NeuroSpinal Associates in November of 2023, Dr. Park practiced neurosurgery on staff at Pinnacle Medical Group locally in Bradenton FL. He has over 17 years of experience in Neurosurgery and is Board Certified and is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (FAANS).Dr Park specializes in Brain, neck, and back disorders and performs the following surgeries including but not limited to:Anterior cervical, ACDF, Cervical Disc Arthroplasty, Posterior Lumbar laminectomy, PLIF, XLIF, TLIF, posterior lumbar microdiscectomy, Cubital Tunnel and Femoral …Cutaneous nerve release, carpal tunnel, Sural Nerve and temporal artery biopsies, minimally invasive cranial surgery, Vagal nerve stimulation for seizures and epilepsy, brain and spine tumors.He is currently accepting patients with Medicare Part B, Florida Medicaid, Motor Vehicle Insurance, County assistance for Manatee County, Veterans Administration, Workman’s Comp, Tricare, United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, and more.
