Dr. Michael Patrick Parsons, MD

The doctor is great but he has one particular African American staff who has zero customer service skills and very rude and definitely needs training on how to talk to patient! Will not be going there ever again!

I was concerned about my bleeding after confirming that I was pregnant. I have a blood disorder since childhood and I was afraid it might cause complications with my pregnancy. I was very worried but the problem is I could not get any doctor who will take me in because my insurance won't start until 2 weeks later. I called several doctors and said they had to wait until I have insurance. Then I saw Dr. Parsons via google map, called his office and explained my situation. His staff gladly scheduled me an appointment the next day and everything went well from there. I kept my appointments with him and he made sure everything is okay all the time. All throughout my pregnancy, he is quick to text me back and even call me when I have concerns. All my appointments included an ultrasound which Dr. Parsons performed himself so I get to see my baby's progress. He is very professional and I feel at ease with him. He has a good sense of humor too. His staff is very welcoming and friendly.… Scheduling an appointment in their clinic is easy. Clinic is clean and well-managed.

Dr. Parsons has delivered all 4 of my kids! He is friendly, thorough and always puts patients' needs AND their health first! The staff is also VERY helpful and friendly. It truly is a family oriented place which always made us feel welcomed when I needed to bring my kids to an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Parsons as an OB-GYN.

The most wonderful DR to com across treats you like a DAD treats the son he is dutyconcious , loving and caring he gives hope where there is no hope and brings joy Iwill recomend as many women as i can to him i place him on hundred percent

I just received a call from Dr Parsons's office from a female who said my appointment has to be rescheduled as they have a patient in labor. She said I could come sometime next week, I said OK, Tuesday works since it's my only day off during the week and I specially took a day off from work today for this appointment. She goes, "Can you come Wednesday or Thursday?" after I had just stated to her that only Tuesday works for me, no more days off since I can't rely on the office's availability. She put me on hold, they announced that Tuesday is OK. I said Ok Thank you, she said All right and hung up! No sorry for the inconvenience, no apologies whatsoever, no thank you or good bye. What kind of service is this? A second later I receive a call from the actual receptionist-a very sweet voice who was going to reschedule me, but I quess the nurse told he she'd called me already. So thi way I learnt it was the nurse calling around, taking someone else's responsibilities while having absolutely… NO idea how to speak to the customers in these cases, as if I owe them! Disgusting! I will just have to see how this upcoming appointment goes this Tuesday, it just MUST be excellent, otherwise I'll be here with updates and looking for another office.
