Had a Teladoc phone call with him and he was incredibly short, dismissive, and unhelpful. Recommended I don't go to ER, then report he sent after said the opposite- "Your provider recommends that you go to the nearest Emergency Room for immediate assistance.".....waste of money and time. Would give 0 stars if possible

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this doctor through Teladoc. I was calling with some questions regarding symptoms I had. He quickly prescribed a medication that I had never used it before, so I had a few questions about the medication in comparison to the one that I’m normally prescribed. I guess he felt like I was taking up too much of his time and began to sigh and get very irate on the phone. Explaining that- he already “told me three times”, and that I was his longest call of the night. The call hadn’t even been going for 5 minutes. I proceed to say he’s dismissive so he actually cancels the prescription that he just set up for me out of spite. When I asked why he would do such a thing he says “I wouldn’t want to put in a prescription for someone who thinks I’m dismissive “ and hangs up. I have escalated the call to the highest form of management. Between my review and the majority of others here, it looks like he has been getting away with this behavior for far… too long.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a phone call visit and on top of being sick, he’s being UNPROFESSIONALLY RUDE when I asked him to repeat directions. He said “look I’ve repeated it to you already I’m not gonna keep repeating things twice.” He expects everyone to understand him as he talks very fast and uses too many medical terms. He should not even provide any type of care with his lack of empathy. Stay away from him.

Not very friendly & rushes to the prescription to get you out. Insisted I had athletes foot and prescribed me a cream that didn’t work..come to find out it wasn’t athletes foot, which is what I tried to tell him. He tried to make me feel bad and said “well if you know what it is then you tell me and we’ll prescribe you something” when all I was doing was asking if all my symptoms lined up with what he was saying it was.

Just had the unfortunate luck of seeing him via MDLIVE. I got the distinct impression he was on some form of drugs as he could NOT sit still and kept fidgeting. Literally every 10 seconds or so he kept cutting me off while I was articulating my symptoms......he kept asking me EXACTLY what I was telling him or trying to tell him. Entire conversation lasted MAYBE five minutes. After getting cut off the 4th time and me finally addressing it his response was, "I've been letting you talk" lol. I said, "Sir, it's been two minutes." Then I just hung up on him lol & smh. Like, if you can't stand to hear us talk for a couple of minutes without fidgeting and coming undone, then you are definitely not equipped to offer any meaningful care. How can you help what you haven't taken the time & care to understand? This man is NOT a physician and is DEFINITELY on some sort of substance while "treating" or should I say cheating the public. Thank the Good Lord for MD Anderson and these good… benefits because at least I didn't pay a dime for that nonsense. After i hung up, I get an email saying i "missed" the appointment lol. GREAT, at least he doesn't get ANY wRVUs off of that abysmal showing of his! Waste my time, yours will be as well lol. Yeah, I'm a billing manager who knows the game! Beware of this "Dr."!!!!!!

No bedside manners. Rude, dismissive, impatient and ignorant.

Horrible manners. Very dismissive, impatient and full of himself. Doesn’t listen or have critical thinking skills. This person should not be a doctor, he clearly doesn’t care about helping people.

Horrible experience. Michael is the worst doctor I've ever experienced. He forced the visit to end less than 5 minutes after starting and was so impatient.
