Wanted a bump on my nose shaved down, and to make it more symmetrical and he did neither. In fact my nose turned out to be bigger and the bump was now on the side of my nose. Right after he took the bandage off I told him it hurt on the side the bump now was, and his response was mmm hmm. Horrible experience.

I would choose Edina plastic surgery and Dr. Philbin again and again to perform my plastic surgery. Him and his team are so professional and make you feel 100% comfortable and safe. I was their top priority the whole time I was there and during my follow up appointments. Definitely would recommend the facility and Dr. Philbin.

Dr Philbin is the best ever. I’ve had a few procedures over the years and have been very happy with the results and the doctors. The doctors were good - Dr. Philbin is GREAT! He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. Always greeted me with a smile and was always very timely. I had some concerns about my procedure - I did not want it to be noticeable that I had work done. No one (even my extremely observant grandson) noticed the amazing change. I am so happy with his work and so happy I chose Dr. Philbin. His staff at EPS are also amazing - attentive and so very caring. Was always greeted with a smile from every person on the staff.
