Horrible office. They have very bad service and overcharge for appointments that you don't even know about. I have been forced to triple pay for office visit for appointment that I didn't make for more than 3 years. Abusive and harrassing office. STAY AWAY FOR THIS OFFICE. They will rip you off.

any wait is worth it. Dr. Tran is not only a knowledgeable and competent physician, he is kind and provides individualized care for each patient.

Dr Tran spent plenty of time with me, but discussed more about what he knows than troubleshooting my issues. After my visit, the follow-up was horrible. Cannot even get him to return calls.

Dr. Tran was very friendly and easy to talk to. He spent plenty of talking and sharing what he knows. I came to Dr. Tran because of the high ratings I've seen from 4 patients. I also needed a second opinion about my thyroid to decide about surgery option.Wait time for office visit was excellent. I didn't feel like I was rushed through the exam. However, when I told the doctor about my problem swallowing because I felt like something is blocking my throat, he didn't even check my throat like my other endocrinologist. Though the time the doctor spent with me was plenty, I felt not a lot was accomplished. The doctor sent me out to get some lab tests done, but did not have all done at once. He would send me out for one test, then scheduled to have me back in the office. He would send me out to have another test done, then, again, back to the office. These tests should have and could have been done, all at once, so there's meaningful data to discuss, not to mention saving my time and… money.Dr. Tran is not very prompt with follow-up calls. Messages left for him were not returned for several days. You'll have to set up an appointment to come into his office to talk to him.

Very thorough and detail oriented. Listens well, explains things in detail, and very caring.
