Dr. Michael E Pichichero, MD

He has a lot of people fooled. He gave my fiance an autoimmune disease by coercing him to take a vaccine he didn't want and then wouldn't admit to causing the problem, or that there even was one. We had to go elsewhere to find someone who would diagnose him and treat his condition which he will now have for life. This guy is a vaccine pusher.

Dr. Pichichero seems my first daughter for 3.5 years when we lived in Rochester and we miss him! He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, brilliant ... there can't be exaggerate him using just words! One best thing I've ever experienced is that Dr. P suggested some non-med treatment for a sick child, which is rare by other doctors but very good. He suggested using warm bath for my daughter who had fever, in addition to medicine. One time my daughter's temperature was 106! I was almost scared -- Dr. P checked her heart and did a very thorough exam. Then he told me that just gave her Tylenol and Motrin when it was above 102, but regularly put her in warm bath. I suspected the effectiveness -- but it worked so well! Since then i used this physical treatment when my daughter got a fever that is not very high, and it always works. He is the only doctor who suggests so. I shared this experience with my friends, who said they had never heard about this method to treat fever, but-- you know it… works for my friends' kids too! Second, Dr. P has quick diagnosis. My daughter had eczema at month 2, and he diagnosed in just 30 seconds. My daughter had fifth disease when she started her day care, and he diagnosed before any rashes coming out. He is very quick in diagnosing problems -- it always turned out he was right! It means how experienced and knowledgeable he is!!! We moved to a new place (a different state) and met several other pedatricians (there are 8 peds in this practice), and none, NONE, is compared to Dr. Pichichero! Now we have to change to another pediatrician -- hopefully he can be closer to the level of Dr. Pichichero! We recommend Dr. Pichichero to your children with the strongest enthusiasm! You will never regret of choosing him for your little angel!

Dr. Pichichero is clearly brilliant. He is a compasionate and caring physician and what makes him special is that he is also a scientist. He thinks a lot about the problems that I bring to his attention and often tells me about the scientific evidence that guides his decisions and recommendations

Dr. Pichichero and his partner, Dr. Janet Casey are both brilliant pediatricians. I knew something was not quite right with my daughter. Dr. Pichichero saw me in walk in hours, and in less than 5 minutes he knew it was brain cancer. He called Dr. Casey in to consult. She agreed and we went to the hospital. The doctors at Strong Hospital said that they had never seen a case picked up so fast. The chemo is working and the cancer specialists say we are going to beat the odds and they credit Dr. Pichichero with the fast diagnosis. These doctors make a difference.

Dr. Pichichero is an amazing, brilliant, talented doctor. I have known him as a doctor for 25 years and would not trust anyone else as much as I trust him with the health of my children.

Dr. Pichichero was my pediatrician from birth through college and I would have stayed with him longer if I could have! Great doctor, personable, caring and always thinking in your best interest.
