I Am very grateful to Dr Pizzillo and his team for the successful recovery after my right shoulder surgeries. He is an excellent professional and wonderful human being and he is supported by a highly experienced and dedicated staff

The care I received from Dr Pizzillo for surgery on my wrist was excellent. He was very attentive, pleasant and easy to talk to. I was very pleased with Dr Pizzillo and his entire team!

Predatory and only cares about money. They will tell you that you are responsible for your copay (which of course I knew), but neglect to tell you that the wrist brace that Shop Rite sells for $25 will cost you $200. When you complain they will tell you that you are responsible for your copay, but refuse any responsibility for telling you even close to what it costs. I was handed the splint and fitted by some type of medical assistant before even seeing the doctor. (They never really gave me a choice about accepting it, and never mentioned how much it could cost). Pizzillo never responded to my complaints, and Veronica, head of billing doesn't even return calls, even after promising she will. Horrible practice.

Dr. Pizzilllo is more concerned about keeping his schedule on time than actually helping anyone. I came to him with a complex shoulder problem and he basically laughed in my face and told me I didn’t really have a shoulder problem, after he examined me and I told him where the pain was he said oh you do have a shoulder problem and seemed surprised. I brought him previous MRI reports and asked him if he could please look over them and get back to me. He never called me back. This guy has an ego size size of the moon, and he’s more concerned with being on time then being an empathetic, caring and helpful doctor. Avoid it all costs! If you like rude and arrogant doctors that are not helpful, this is the doctor for you!

Dr Pizzillo is extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail. Listens intensely to my issues. Had surgery to my wrist and there is no scar.

Dr. Pizzillo is an excellent Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. After evaluation, it became evident that I had a full tear of my bicep at the elbow(my strong hand, unfortunately) and he treated me quickly and eased any worries I had for the surgery or the recovery ahead. He went above and beyond, even taking the extra time to do a fastidious job sewing up the incision and lining up each letter of the tattoo I have on my arm. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. As far as the office goes, I never had a problem at any of my appointments and it is a busy practice, but I'd rather go to a busy practice than one with no patients, for obvious reasons. 5 stars.

Once he has your money he doesn't care about you. Does not return calls.

A great, friendly doctor. I wish all of my doctor's had the same personality as Dr. Pizzillo!
