Dr Plautz is an amazing doctor with a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor. He is very kind and compassionate. Would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Plautz has done 2 surgeries on my son and has been wonderful. His diagnosis, explanation, respect for our decisions regarding our sons health have been so easy and comforting. He is wonderful and I understand why it may be a little tough to get in with him. but, it is worth it!

My son and I both are patients of Dr. Plautz. He has been beyond helpful with us in every aspect, whether we have a scheduling issue, an insurance issue or just a question, he and his staff are always so polite, prompt and eager to help!

Oral surgeon biopsy showed cancer and I was referred to Dr Plautz. I had previously had cancer and Dr Plautz said he knew my concern so he stayed after office hours to work me in. He gave me a thorough explanation of my options. I appreciated his pre and post operation professionalism.

Our 6 year old son has seen Dr. Plautz since 2006. He has had tubes put in twice as well as his adnoids out. Dr. Plautz and hs staff are wonderful! We had an isurance issue that only gave us until the end of the month to put in a second set of tubes or it wouldn't be covered(this appointment was the last Friday of the month at that). We explained this to Dr. Plautz and he worked our son in on the following Monday, even though he was already booked solid!! I would highly recommend Augusta ENT. My son really enjoys going and Dr. Plautz has a wonderful bedside manner, especially with children!!

I swear when he saw me, his breath smelled of alcohol, and not the rubbing kind you might expect around a doctor. He smelled like beer. I wonder if he has a drinking problem and should be reported to someone.
