I think he is probably a good physician, however, he acts like he is still in the military. I am not a soldier in his platoon and don’t appreciate being treated like I am. Makes me not want to come back to B-North.

Saw Dr. Policastro after an incident of Transient Global Amnesia. I was upset over losing my memory of almost an entire day. He, as the emergency physician on call, explained the tests done and the prognosis. He was clear, cheerful and reassuring. 2 months later, everything he said proved correct. I like and respect him.

very poor service. Gave wrong meds that was allergic to. Didn't do appropriate testing for symptoms.
