Dr. Pothen listens and digs, he takes the time to get to know his patients. His bed side manor is caring especially with the elderly. Would highly recommend him. Grateful to have a care giver who really cares!

Dr. Pothen has a nurse that blocks patients from speaking with him, and seems to prevent him from knowing that he must call the patient. The nurse is both forgetful and in my opinion is disingenuous when she promises that she will alert Pothen to call on two separate occasions 2-days apart and no call is made. Hard to trust that my healthcare is in good hands when the nurse positions herself as a firewall between doctor and patient.

Dr. Pothen is very friendly and does listen to your concerns. He did research for an alternative to estrogen that I was against for my severe hot flashes and turbulent hormonal surges and this medication works well.
