Dr. Michael Howard Press, DO

Dr. Press has been my Nephrologist for past 10 years. He has always been prepared for my quarterly appointment. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him and when we are together I'm the patient in the world. He listens and responds. He always has a care plan even it is no change. He knows his stuff and can explain it so I understand. I couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Press, my mother's dialysis doctor, has always been concerned with her overall health and nutrition as well as optimal dialysis treatments. While he is a serious and focused doctor, it is clear that he really cares about his patients.

I love this doctor. He listened to my symptoms, examined me and told me I had kidney disease. He has been treating me for a year and I have done very well. I would be on dialysis without him

Not good at diagnosing problems. Doesn't prepare before patient arrives for office visit, i.e. doesn't read lab reports. Would not recommend him. Maybe the MD's at the practive are better. Dr Press is not a MD, but a D.O..
