Dr. Michael Carl Preston, MD

Hes a terrible doctor with terrible bedside manner and rude. Not to mention judgemental. Doesnt treat patients based on need but based on his own personal biases. He should not be in this practice.

At the time of my visit I was having anxiety attacks, constipated for days, and could not sleep. I had not had a full nights sleep in 3 days at that time. I was drained, exausted, and about ready for the looney bend. His advice for constipation did not really help me, but I did what he said. The help to get some very much needed sleep was the best help of all. He prescribed for me 1mg Lunesta to help me fall a sleep. The first night it worked great. Couple nights later, it did nothing, I was up all night. Then again a few days later they worked great. I calmed down and was doing great, an then here we go again last week. I did not sleep much Wednesday night, maybe 3 hrs, Thursday night none, I called ER, and was about to go, but Dr. Preston was not there this time, and I was told only Dr. Preston can offer help for a re-fill. I was told to go to my pharmacy, and they can contact Dr. Preston through text, fax, e-mail, etc. and get permission to refill. That was Thursday or Friday! Still… they have not got in touch with him, and I need some much needed sleep please? I use Walgreens and they have apologized, but it is not their fault. Why can't these people just do their job and help people?

I had to wait over three hours while in pain in the ER just to see Dr. Preston. I felt as if I wasn't an important priority to him. However once i finally did get to see him he was very to the point and seemed to know what he was doing although not very friendly. I wouldn't want him as a regular doctor but he wasn't so bad.
