Dr. Michael Francis Prime, DO

Saw Dr Prime , and he has very poor Doctors manners , he seems to know nothing and was asking me question the he should know the answer too, he seems like I was wasting his time, He care less , he spoke to me as if was a child , Honesty i should of just walk out of his office,

I have been a patient of Dr. Prime for quite some time (approximately 15 years). I have followed him when he left his original practice, to go to Main Line Health. He is absolutely wonderful. He has an excellent disposition and is always willing to talk to his patients. He really gets the idea of treating patients holistically. His practice is very attentive, and while he does get busy, someone will always get back to you.

Dr. Prime and staff make for a very pleasurable office visit. Very friendly, compassionate and thorough.

If you need to speak to the doctor you will have to make an appointment. They personally will never call you back. You might get a nurse to call you back 2 days later, but the doctor himself is “too busy”. I am a health care provider and I find this deplorable. I have specialists that will promptly call you back and discuss your issue over the phone. Terrible patient service at this practice.

Dr Prime is great. Listens, considers many alternatives and resists just prescribing a medication. However, this site is mediocre. It does not list his office's current/correct phone number.

I love Dr Prime. He takes a holistic approach and includes his patient's in the treatment plan. He listens to your concerns and discusses treatment options thoroughly.

I have been seeing Dr. Prime for 16 years and he is an exceptional doctor.

If you're looking for a Dr. to do a physical, Dr. Prime is good and thorough. BUT if you need a Dr. because you have a medical condition, forget it. Dr. Prime has refused to see/treat me on the only 2 times I've called him for in the past 2 years for non-routine physical. His response was "wait 48 hours and call me if it doesn't get better". I should say his office says that as he doesn't know how to talk on the phone evidently - and his office doesn't know how to make an appointment unless it's months away. The first time I did call back when it wasn't better after waiting the 48 hours - the response was "wait another 48 hours and call back if it doesn't get better". Today, with diverticulitis and that same response, I called another Dr. who promptly saw me and treated me. Dr. Prime and his office should be ashamed of their lack of response.
