Dr. Michael James Pro, MD

I found Michael Pro to be superficially friendly but in actuality he was cold and distant. He performed a laser procedure on my eye in the office and chatted with the nurse/assistant the whole time. I was really concerned he wasn't paying attention to my eye as while he was working on it. He did not try in any way to alleviate my worry or reassure me about the laser. Poor bedside manner.

Y experience with dr. Pro md is been extraordinary. I find him to be very competent and knowledgeable. He has excellent bedside manners and is empathetic with the patient’s experience if glaucoma. I feel he is capable of saving my vision.

I made an appointment with Dr. Pro because his office was nearby. After a short wait of about 15 minutes, the receptionist called me up to the front desk. I asked her how long the wait would be to see Dr. Pro and she said 45 minutes. I told her that I am in a professional business and that if I made my clients wait one hour to see me, I would be out of business. I canceled my appointment and will schedule with another qualified doctor who respects his patients' time.

Dr. Pro did a very good job with my wife Elizabeth when she was diagnosed with glaucoma after another eye surgery, He was able to get the pressure down on my wife's eye, He did a great job besides. He is a great human being and we are so thankful that god put him on our way to save my wife's vision. Thank You so much Dr. Pro.

I had a very complicated eye procedure done and found Dr. Pro to have excellent skills. I have complete confidence in him.

Couldn't ask for better treatment

Dr Pro is very thorough with explaining your eye problems and gives you all the time that you need to ask your questions. He seems to be very smart and know what he is talking about. It is a long travel for me to get there and the hours are not very convenient. The wait time is also long.
