Excellent doctor. Easily accessible and is very responsive to phone calls. He hastreated me very well.

I found out at age 26 that I had type 1 diabetes. No doctor was able to get it under control and they wanted to blame me for it. At one of my frequent hospital stays, a diabetic advisor had recommended Dr. Que. I was in my 10th year of severely uncontrolled numbers. He changed all that. He actually listened to me and we would experiment and try different things. I used to have an average of 450. Now my average is 139. Need I say more? When I met him I was so sick and just wanted to give up and die already. Now life is worth living.

Under his care I've gone from a walking around average of 450 to now 153. He's the first endocrinologist to successfully treat me. I was diagnosed in 2006 with type 1 and wad never able to get in control until now.

I saw him in 2015 for debilitating hypothyroid/Hashimoto's symptoms. I waited 3 mos for an appt and paid $400 (out of pocket) only for him to insist that my symptoms were unrelated to my thyroid condition -- and that maybe I was depressed and/or menopausal. I left there hopeless and in tears but have since found a real dr who listened and treated me -- and I am so much better. This dr is everything that is wrong with the healthcare system. Whatever happened to the days when you knew you would get the very best care at Johns Hopkins??

Quartuccio is overconfident about issues he is completely ignorant of. He is the worst kind of doctor.
