My daughter came to your office yesterday (which was not her first visit) with extreme discomfort and issues she is and has suffered with, looking for help from a professional. After taking the x-rays and looking in her mouth, she was told she wouldn't understand, "it's dentistry stuff!" and would just cost too much money, she was going to loose all of her teeth anyway. That the arrogance of Dr. Rabel and his assistant, she knew she had made a mistake. I am appalled at the mere thought of a patient, who chooses to come to you, seeking dental advice; already knowing the condition of her issues is just given this type of treatment. You didn't even take the time to clean her teeth, just handed her a toothbrush, mouthwash and sent her out the door, charging her $250.00. Now, having said all this, I, her mother, have experience in the general dentistry/periodontal field for over 20 years, and I don't care HOW educated you might think you are, you are the type dentist that keeps people… "scared" of coming to the dentist and continue to have issues with their teeth.
