Found Dr Rashid very professional. He has a very pleasant manner. He had made himself aware of my issues before seeing me. Listened attentively. Very knowledgeable. Suggested solutions. Offered alternative medicines rather than just the very expensive one prescribed by another doctor. I was exceedingly pleased and feel confident in his care.

I do not often post comments unless they are positive in nature. I have been in healthcare for over 30 years and understand the business very well. I know that doctors have good days and bad days just like everyone else, but they have to put that aside and take care of the patients first and foremost. I had a visit with this urologist for the first time recently and was very upset and concerned after I left the office. I have a long history of cancer beginning as a child and it's quite unusual. I have had hundreds of cystoscopies. I knew this doctor had some bad reviews but many doctors get them and it's not always accurate or fair. The doctors that seem to have glowing reviews all the time are having them manipulated by reputation management companies as do all industries. I waited for my appointment for nearly an hour, half of that was while undressed from the waist down. That wasn't optimal, but I know unpredictable things happen during clinic so I would have let that go. … Very little conversation took place about my past history which has always been a huge concern for the urologists I have seen. I proceeded to have a scope that normally takes several minutes minimum, but the scope I had with this doctor was less than 20 seconds! I am left with wondering am I really okay-how can you be so much better than all the other urologists that you can view an entire bladder in a matter of seconds? I would have contacted the office manager out of respect, but they have surely heard all of this before so it serves no purpose. I'm a very reasonable and patient person, but this was not an acceptable level of care. I have nothing to gain by posting this other than to say exercise caution if you see this physician.

This is a very unprofessional doctor; he has the audacity to smile in your face while talking about your health condition. When you ask serious questions, he provides answers in an arrogant way. Simply interested in making money...

Not sure how with this level of knowledge/poor attitude he can keep any patients

Excellent talented kind doctor. Highly talked about by other professionals. Decades of experience. Dr. Rashid removed my left cancerous kidney. All went really smooth with awesome care. I’m so blessed.

I am a patient of Dr Rashid. He removed my cancerous prostate. The surgery and recovery went extremely well. He is a very good surgeon, and he is genuine about being concerned for my long term health. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Called to cancel my kidney stone procedure two days before it was scheduled. So I have to wait another week with this thing in me?? Then went to second appointment and waited an hour in the packed waiting room. I got on my phone, scheduled an appointment with another urologist and walked out. I told the receptionist, “Thisnis not what I’m looking for in a doctor.” And neither should any of you reading this in my opinion.

Dr Rashid is not overly interested in his patients, very poor education post operatively and has an arrogant demeanor. If it’s possible his front office staff, and surgical scheduler are even worse. Not at all accommodating, rude, very poor customer service. Unpleasant atmosphere and long wait times. Will definitely seek an alternative urologist for further care.

Pompous and cold avoid at all costs!
