Well let me tell you this i was referred to dr rauh by my primary dr. Bad mistake I went for my first appointment and was there before my scheduled appointment time. The front desk staff was rude and made me pay for a higher copay than normal. Then the PA was rude and spent a total of maybe 2 min looking at my ankle films from only 2 weeks ago from the er. Then he decided that I fractured my ankle from a fall in the shower and never mentioned to bother with my leg and back pain from the fall ( same as the er dr). But I was not happy and he put me in a short walking boot and said come back in two weeks. Came back on two weeks more x rays and a long wait once again and for the PA to see me for all of 5 min ignoring me telling them about my shooting pain from my ankle up my leg to my back. Then said you need a ct scan and come back next week. Ok I go back again a week later after my ct scan and I finally see dr rauh after been there for 2 months. Then he proceeds to tell me that he has no… idea what wrong with me it's not his specialty and that I need to go and see another dr and do PT at the same time all while being with me for 5 min and still ignoring my shooting pain in my ankle going up my leg to my back. Well let's just say I did not do the pt I did see the other dr horrible mistake now I am seeing a different ortho dr who listened to me and put me in a hard cast and sent me to see a neurologist about my leg and back pain. Well let's just say I have 2 pinched nerves and a possible hurneated disc in my back and this dr did nothing but play games and want to send me for ankle strengthining pt. never again will I ever go to ubmd ortho.

Exceptional doctor who takes his time when seeing a patient. Listens to patient. Thorough when explaining his diagnosis. Excellent surgeon. Also stays on top of rehab. His staff is a reflection of the doctor. They are friendly and helpful.

My son played contact sports in high school and a division 1 sport in college. Dr. Rauh treated him for numerous injuries over a span of 6 years. We found Dr. Rauh and his entire staff to be professional, courteous, & friendly. We rarely had a wait over 15 minutes. Dr. Rauh took the time to explain each injury and provide the appropriate treatment. He treated our son's injuries conservatively. Our son loved visiting with the Dr. He had a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Rauh had a great rapport with children and adults alike! In addition, many of my friends and family members have been treated by the Dr. for various injuries. I have NEVER heard 1 negative comment regarding Dr. Rauh. It's plain and simple. Dr. Rauh cares! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Rauh and his staff could not have treated my daughter's injury more professionally. They were conservative for a child but experienced. He answered my questions, and concerns, spent time with us in which we didn't feel rushed. I would recommend anyone to call Dr. Rauh if you need orthopedic help.

I saw Dr. Rauh with an injury and they were able to correctly assess what was wrong with me when other doctors couldn't. He was friendly and made sure he answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him.
