Dr. Michael Ward Raybould, MD

Dr. Raybould is very traditional and by the book, which may work well for a lot of patients, but can also be frustrating, as it’s hard to get anywhere new or helpful without going in circles. Additionally, the front office staff is always extremely overwhelmed and flat out unkind. Which is especially heartbreaking to watch with the older patients. Anytime that we need to get a hold of his nurses or him (which is rare), we have a difficult time hearing back. Sometimes to the point we’ve had to actually show up in person to get an answer from somebody. Ultimately, would not recommend.

I like Dr. Raybould. He is nice and knows what he is doing usually. His staff is terrible. His main nurse has an obvious dislike for me. I can't tell if she is like that with everyone, but she has a prejudice against me.
