I am satisfied with my treatment from Dr. Reich. There were no post surgical complications. My minor surgery was performed at the hospital. His office staff were friendly and respectful.

He’s too old and smells bad

14 years ago dr Reich was supposed to remove a cyst from my right breast. Without an ultrasound he poked my breast with needle until I l fainted. Then only he give up, and ask his secretary to make an appointment for me to have the cyst aspiration done in the hospital with an ultrasound guidance. In the hospital he was waiting for me to perform a lumpectomy (without my knowledge). Due to my persistence a technician did an ultrasound, and found a complex cyst, I have to insist on biopsy! Dr Reich called me at work-"you have cancer! come, we make it go away". I did make an appointment with top breast surgeon the same day-thank to new doctor in NYU-I am alive! Stay away from him........please

This is the worst Dr. ever! I took my daughter for a minor surgery and it turned out to be a big thing. This doctor is heartless and he doesn't hear you he can care less about your concerns. Staff at the front desk no manners if she's on the phone forget about asking her anything no eye contact, unprofessional. I hope this doctor doesn't do surgeries anymore. Freaken retire!!

Performed lumpectomy surgery without the pressure of radiation. Surgery was seamless, he removed the tumor w negative margins. He is caring and compassionate. A breath of fresh air in this "business" of cancer treatment/surgery.

Begin by saying that the front desk receptionist is very unprofessional. If u reach her desk for questions or to make a follow up appointment and if she is on the phone she makes u wait over 5 minutes, she dont even aknowlege you standing in front of her so basically you know people business when she is talking on the phone and if u r the one on the phone they know ur business whoever is in front of her at the offcie. She is very careless. You will wait over 1 hour to see the doctor, and when u finaly see him it will last 3 minutes i kid you not. He got so many patients that u dont even have a chance to ask questions nor he explains what needs to be done. If u the person that needs surgery the doctor will not explain u what causes what will be done and if u ask he gets mad and explain it to u like if u own him money. Also for those disable people and senior or people with kids and stroller DONT EVENT GO TO THAT DOCTOR you need to go down the stairs the front door is super heavy. No… RAMP TO GO DOWN. POOR MANAGEMENT IN THAT OFFICE..

Unfortunately I can't say anything positive about my experience with this doctor, except for his staff that was nice.Post-operative care is very poor, no compassion, very rough and arrogant. The whole procedure caused me more pain, than I had before the procedure. The waiting time is ridiculous! Expect to wait a minimum of 1.5h! I ended up going to another doctor after being totally unhappy and frustrated with the outcome of the procedure. Wish I'd never went there!
