I am a new patient with Graves’ disease. After meeting Dr. Michael Richard, who is very pleasant and intelligent he gave me all the time I needed to ask for all the information I wanted. He explained in simple terms until I completely understood and was satisfied. The staff at the Neigel Center was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dr. Richard has my best interest in his mind and I am very happy that I had the opportunity to meet him. I will refer any of my family to him, should they ever need medical care for any eye problems. Thank you Dr. Richard.

I have been Dr. Richard's patient for over 5 years; he has done my last 4 eye operations. He is very concerned about his patients & spends time talking to them, hence the poor waiting time to see him.

very unhappy with diagnosis, recommendation and outcome. The procedure Dr. Richard's suggested and performed was unnecessary and the outcome was unfortunate. Would definitely suggest patient obtain second opinion before surgical procedure.

I would recommend this doctor because he is very capable, concerned and caring in his approach. He was thorough in his examination of my eyes and very caring in explaining my situation. He advised returning in a reasonable amount of time for a re-check.
