My first visit with Dr. Robinson I found him direct and to the point and honest. Im looking forward to future visits and im sure he will help me with my knee issues . Im extremely satisfied with him.

My first and last experience with this Dr! After being left in the exam room for over 45 minutes (and me needing to remind the girls at the desk that I was still in the room) the Dr finally came in and spent 5 minutes with me. I was there due to decades long pain in both knees however he would only discuss one knee. An xray was taken of my knees and no other testing or imaging were requested. Despite knowing I have had surgery on my knee and knowing that an MRI would more accurately give an idea of what is happening inside my knees. He recommended pt, which I do need. That is it. No follow up. No further testing. I just need PT and that was it. When I brought up the pain that happens when pressure is put on me other knee, without even looking at it he said I need to see a neurologist for the nerve pain and that he is simply a bone doctor. Funny... I thought he was a knee doctor, meaning all components of the knee including non-bone related parts. At check out the woman was surprised… when she saw that there were no follow ups or imaging requests. After looking at my face and without me saying a word she asked if I wanted to see a different doctor. Which I will be doing!! Doctors like this are why people dislike and distrust medical providers.

Great visit as always and information recd was awesome.

My appointment with Dr. Robinson went well. He explained everything in detail about my hip condition and went over the best options that were available. Over all great experience. I will be using him on my hip replacement.

Dr. Robinson was so personable and professional. He made us feel so at ease regarding my upcoming procedure.

My visit with Dr. Robinson was very informative and enlightening. He took the time to explain every question I presented him. He explained it so that I could understand. I also appreciate his assistant, Zach, who made certain that he understood my issues the way I explained them to him. He asked questions to be sure that we were on the same page. I love SOS, Doctors and staff are always pleasant and patient. Thank You all.

Overall, the visit was OK very disappointing. The doctor seems like he was in a hurry to get out of the room once he found out it was not a surgery patient because he said he was a surgeon and I did not need surgery so I felt like he was in a hurry to get out to see other patients.
