Dr. Michael Franklin Robinson, MD

I went to see Dr. Robinson because of night sweats and because he paid attention and really saw me, I ended up being diagnosed with an incredibly rare genetic disorder (1 in 10 million people have been diagnosed with this). It is really hard to get an appointment at times (I’ve had appointments and no one has been there), the office has been moved and patients aren’t notified, getting a return phone call for an appointment is a nightmare BUT he is an excellent doctor and without his persistence and determination to figure out why my symptoms weren’t making sense, my lifespan would be much shorter.

I have been a patient of Dr Robinson's for many years. He is a good Doctor but during Covid, trying to get someone to answer the phone at the office has been almost impossible. I finally did get someone on the phone two weeks ago. I need lab work so I asked if someone could email me the lab order so I can get my labs. She said she would email them by the end of that day but I received nothing. I waited a few days and still nothing. I have called repeatedly and have gotten no response. It is super frustrating. I am at the point that I need to find a new Doctor and this is all due to the staff, not the Doctor:-( Such a bummer.

His service, follow up, staff are all horrible. Terrible experience.

Slow in addressing issues

His secretary is nasty and behaves like a hoodrat

The doctor is very nice gives a good physical. He found an atrial fibrillation with me during a routine visit. It had gone previously un-diagnosed by other doctors.
