Best doctor I ever had always there for me and would always fit me in when Iwas sick and cared about my mental as well as physical condition

This doctor had been able to find a diagnosis that other doctors had not been able to find in over 10 years. So thankful! He spends so much time with you and never gets annoyed or overwhelmed and always has the answers for you. He is the type of doctor who remembers everything you tell him and you can tell he really loves his patients.

Good, clean and professional, but often long wait time.

We love Dr. R- All the staff is wonderful and knows us by name. We never feel rushed during our visits and he takes the time to answer all my questions/concerns... His personal attention is a wonderful change from all the typical offices where you are just a number and never see the same doctor twice.. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Rodriguez is excellent, takes the time to listen intently to you & can answer questions in terms that are informative and understandable. However when calling Port Jef Medical Care it's either always a busy signal or you are put on hold, most recently I waited on hold for 26 minutes, while calling from another phone simultaneously, I was hung up on once & the other calls rang without the front desk answering during business hours. Love the doctor but the phone system & the staff can not handle the call volume.
