Dr. Michael H. Rogow
Dr. Rogow received his dental training at the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, from which he graduated with highest honors. While attending dental school, he was inducted as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon and received numerous awards for scholastic excellence. After receiving his D.D.S. degree, Dr. Rogow served for two years as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps. Upon returning to Columbia University, he graduated with an advanced specialty certificate in Orthodontics and subsequently, he joined the Forest Hills practice.
Dr. Rogow is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and the New York State Society of Orthodontists. Along with his practice partners, Drs. Andretta and Arbitman, he is an orthodontic consultant for the New York Dental Forum.
Early in his orthodontic …career, Dr. Rogow began volunteering his services as a member of the dental staff at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. Today he continues to provide orthodontic instruction and training for the Hospital’s dental residents in addition to maintaining private practice.
Dr. Rogow is Past-President of the Orthodontic Alumni Society of Columbia University and Past-President of the Queens New York chapter of Alpha Omega. He is currently an active member of the Executive Board of the New York State Society of Orthodontists.
When not helping his patients to attain a healthy and esthetically pleasing smile, Dr. Rogow travels extensively with his wife to visit their children and grandchildren. Dr. Rogow is a patron of the arts and an active sports enthusiast.
