More concerned with “getting paid” rather than treating the patient. After the procedure he instructs you to pour peroxide on your open wound. I am not a doctor or nurse but have worked in a hospital for more than 25 years and I was always told not to put peroxide on open wounds as it will make the wound worse, much like eating away at the area. After the procedure I experienced severe pain and swelling of my leg and foot. Wasn’t given and pain medication or instruction of how to alleviate the problem.

I found Dr. Rosenthal a good, competent diagnostician & physician. My experience has been that he's to the point, and doesn't try to be your best friend, or psychologist: History, Exam, Diagnosis, Treatment/Prescription, OK, I'll see you in a few weeks, or, Please schedule a checkup in 6 months. Works for me.

We work together as a team to monitor my skin changes. My first visit , twelve years ago, he did two biopsies. One was a melanoma. He removed it, the first excision with clear edges. Ten years later, another was identified with the same result. Highly recommend.

Dr. Michael Rosenthal and his staff are outstanding. My mother is 92 years old and has trouble ambulating, recently my mom had an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal and the elevator was broken. In order to accommodate my mom, Dr. Rosenthal found an office on the first floor of his building and asked the physician's office if he could exam my mom in one of their exam rooms because she was unable to walk up the stairs. I have never encountered a more caring doctor and staff. I heartily recommend Dr. Rosenthal and his staff. They truly signify what a doctor and his staff should be like when taking care of patients.

I had such a horrible experience with this doctor, I would tell anyone I care about not to see him. He was rude and dismissive and would not listen to me about my own body. I made it very clear that I was pregnant yet he prescribed me a medication which said it could cause birth defects. When I called to inquire about this series issue, he did not even speak to me but gave this message to the receptionist- "it's fine". No wonder people hate going to doctors.
