Dr. Michael Charles Ross, MD

Dr Ross was great. Answered all my questions and provided detailed information so I knew what to expect. Very kind. You can definitely tell he cares about his patients.

First I had septic shock then I broke my leg in 3 places. I am older and have NEVER met a more caring and knowledgable in my entire life if you see him consider yourself extremely lucky

I went to the ER at 4:30am with extreme pain and the staff at St Luke’s were phenomenal. Dr. Ross in particular was very attentive and addressed my concerns about being away from home (Austin, Tx) and helping me make an informed decision about my treatment and getting me home comfortably and safely. He even stayed past his shift to see my case all the way through. His bedside manner was exceptional. Thank you so much for your care. I arrived home safely.

Dr Michael Ross, and his team saved my husbands life on Nov 20, 2018. His compassion, medical expertise, and kindness were explemary. He showed great concern for me as well. This man came to ICU five days later to tell me that he had been following along with my husbands progress. Did you catch that? His day off. In my opinion, he is an ??, and St Luke’s is beyond blessed to have a physician and man of his quality on staff. Thank you Dr!

He stayed 6 hours past his shift to treat my daughter and make sure she was taken care of. He listened to my concerns and said multiple times that he was in my corner. I have never met a doctor as caring and compassionate.

I had an unexpected visit to the ER last night. Although most ER visits are quite time consuming the care I received from Dr. Ross whom was my attending physician was wonderful.Amazing to meet a Dr that was very caring, gentle and kind in his mannerisms as well as knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I felt safe adn in good hands. That hs not happenend in a very long time. Thank you Dr. Ross!!!
