Dr. Michael Coleman Rowland, DDS

Dr. Rowland is very unfriendly and dare I say miserable. He doesn’t say hello or bye and he constantly bickers with his staff while you’re in the room. It’s very unprofessional and awkward.

I was a patient for MANY years. I agree with the previous comments, 100%. The more his practice grew, the higher their (Esther and Dr. Rowland), prices grew. They are not interested in quality patient care; they are interested in racking up the money to pay for their new castle. I finally ended up getting a second opinion and found that I received an honest quote. I was told by the Rowlands that I needed things that I did not. I am happy NOT to be paying for his commercials and their new palace. If you have money to blow, go...If you want an honest, caring practice, search elsewhere!

We really couldn't wait to go back to Oral Dynamics once our insurance changed. The staff (outside of it being Esther and Dr. Rowland) were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, Esther (Dr. Rowland's wife/ Chief Operating Officer) is very nice when she wants to, yet could be extremely rude, sarcastic, disrespectful and offensive. After my husband parked, she came running out to tell him that the parking was only for "Oral Dynamic patients not for the porn store customers." Talk about embarrassing. She apologized like crazy but if she did it to my husband, she must be doing it to other people to. Dr Rowland I've personally witnessed humiliating his workers by belittling them in front of customers to the point I want to cry for them. He also just walks in checks your teeth and walks right out without talking to you. No hello, no smile, no goodbye. I thought they were the best yet realized that it was the hygienist that won us over who has now become a dentist herself but is far.… No more referrals from me! Especially since I work in a huge network of people and in the community. As for the appearance....beautiful, calm, clean. The ladies that prep you and clean you all up are great. Their the ones with better characters.
