Dr. Michael Bozetech Rozboril, MD

After recently visiting a specialist about my knees, I have come to appreciate the bed side manners of Dr. Rozboril. He takes time to listen to patients and makes sure you understand what he is explaining.

I am disabled due to Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. By his words and actions, this doctor demonstrated that he simply does not believe in Fibromyalgia as a real condition. He was uninterested in listening to my history or my symptoms and recommended medications that I have tried unsuccessfully in the 10+ years that I have been dealing with this condition. He insisted that I leave his office with prescriptions for drugs that I have no intention of ever taking again. He showed absolutely no empathy for me, he was dismissive of the positive things that I do to improve my quality of life, including swimming, warm water aerobics, massage, etc. He insisted that the only way to improve my life was to buy a recumbent bicycle and use it to exercise. Seriously? On a limited income, exactly how am I supposed to do that? I also found it disturbing that of the 4 rheumatologists I've seen in the last 10+ years he is the only one who insisted on humiliating me by having me fully undress and… examining me in a paper gown. There was no reason for that, I was dressed in a t-shirt and yoga pants, nothing constrictive that affected my mobility or kept him from being able to test my range of motion. I believe it was simply a power thing. This is not a nice man and I would never see him again and never recommend him. EVER.

Dr. Rozboril was curious as to why I selected him and left the last doctor. He has a sense of humor and is very caring. His staff worked hard to find the help I needed desperately with physical therapy, an EMT machine, keeps up to date on prescriptions to my mail order pharmacy, very willing to help with appointment scheduling. Never have a problem with billing and they are prompt with refunds - before I even know one is due.

Does not review effectiveness of treatments, bullying mannerisms with patients who do not respond to MTX treatment. Not supportive in complementary therapies, does not address pain management effectively. Does not suggest non-pharmacological treatments. When patient is ill and requires phone Rx, takes several days for pharmacy to get the Rx. Becomes emotional when patient complains about ineffective treatments, does not like knowledgeable patients and does not like patients who read on the internet about their disease.This doctor only wants to write prescriptions, collect your copay, and leave you to deal with your disease on your own. Doctor does not care to help patients maintain the ability to continue to work.
