Despite 20 year relationship, I was discharged from practice for allegedly failing to show for medical appointments that were erroneously booked under my name. My complaints and concerns were met with rudeness and indifference.

Exceptional. We expect all MDs to know the basics of medicine. Dr. Rubinstein - goes much further. Example: I recently passed a kidney stone. 99% would have been happy. Dr. Rubinstein explained that I should have an ultra-sound - to view and evaluate everything. This will avoid - possible acute problem.

Dr. Rubenstein is as thorough with diagnosing and taking care of me with a great bedside manner. He always calls back and gets me to the office in an emergency. I have total faith in his professional ability. Best internist I had the pleasure of meeting!

Have been in pain waiting for work comp to approve a procedure finally got approved but needed blood test called to have them send the form to quest and was told because i need a phyisical they would not submitt the papper work but were willing to after i had ab complete phyisican, EKG and all other pre surgery test that the surgen said is not ressisary They just want your money BTW IN PAST HAVE BEEN TURNED AWAY FOR NOT HAVING CO-PAY (im sorry i was sick and my head wasnt too clear and forgot it)

I like this doctor. Straight to the point. No nonsense. A little gruff but that's OK in my book. Interesting fellow. Seems to care about my well being. I recommend him to people that do not need coddling, rtc.
