Dr. Michael Ruff, MD

I appreciate Dr. Ruff for his compassion, knowledge, and caring. He takes the time to actually listen and answers all of my questions without rushing out the door. He has also referred me to several different specialists over the years and I have come to trust his judgment as every physician has been above par. I am a nurse so it takes much to impress me! I have even referred my aging parents to him.

Dr. Ruff is an excellent physician. I'm happy to have him as my primary care MD.

I started going to Dr. Ruff after my (older) primary care physician retired. I really liked my old doc and I thought nobody would ever measure up to him. I was wrong. Dr. Ruff is wonderful... he has been like a detective in piecing together all the clues about what was going on with me, until we were able to pin down a diagnosis. He's smart, caring, a good listener, logical, (really thinks things through), explains things well, and I am very happy to have him as my primary care physician. Highly recommend.

I chose this doctor blindly out of the phone book - no recommendations or previous knowledge of him. He has enough experience to be qualified and knowledgeable, but not so old that his college education is behind the knowledge curve of today's medical news. He actually listens to your response after he asks you a question and does not seem in a hurry to get on to the next patient.
