I'm a former employee of Dr. Russo. I worked for him twice, back in 2001-2002, and again in 2004. Dr. Russo has always gave the very best care to all his patients. The fact that he has so many patients, speaks on the type of doctor he is. Yes some times you do have to wait longer than expected, because he spends time with his patients trying to get to the root of their problems. That's what a good doctor do. I don't want a doctor who see me for a second then hand me a script. It's so sad to see these negative reviews. People will wait in a nail and hair salon for hours, but complain about the time spent to get your health checked out. Dr. Russo don't cause your health issues, you complaining patients do. You there because you need him to fix you health issues. So charge up your phones, read a health magazine and be that you are a patient, practice patient.

The wait time is unacceptable!! Up to an hour, I might understand. But TWO HOURS!! Ridiculous.

Dr. Russo is a very kind, patient doctor. He doesn't rush you in and out. He listens to your concerns and is extremely thorough. His nurse is also outstanding. I would recommend Dr. Russo to family and friends.
