Personable, knowledgeable, empathetic

Being diagnosed with epilepsy in my mid-forties was not easy to handle. I went to Dr. Ryan for a second opinion and decided to stay with him as my doctor. He is so calm and caring. You know how many doctors have one foot out the door when they're examining you, always in a rush? Not Dr. Ryan. He is patient and engages you in conversation. Plus, he has a good sense of humor. I enjoy my visits with him.

I've never had a doctor spend some much time talking with me. He spend at least 30 minutes asking questions and discussing my concerns.

I got lost on way to his office and when I called noone answered. I showed up still 6 mins early had to drive 45 mins to get there got lost and still early. The rude office mgr came to me after I had already began filling out three pages oftheir ppwk. She came up and said to me the Dr said he refused to see me. I asked why she said bc you were late . I said I was six minutes early she said it didn't matter he still wasntgoing to see me. She was incredibly rude. Don't go there, don't waste your time. If he can't even tell time how can he give a good diagnosis.
