I had misfortune to run onto this doctor twice with my son who suffer from anxiety. First time wasn’t great, but this second time, was so bad experience that I have to share. He seemed to be rushed, dismissive, his gesticulation was showing impatience, luck of care, and as my son was explaining what’s going on , he was interrupting him, interrupting me when tried to get involved, I asked him to check his ears because I was suspecting he may have vertigo, he grabbed his tool, look into his ear for a second, and said “ We can’t help you here you need to go to ER if you don’t feel well, and then he said : “ You need to go to psychiatric ward!” You don’t say things like that and in that rude way to someone who has anxiety, to those fragile souls that came to you for help. If you cannot help , as you stated you can’t at least be gentle about it. He made sure we signed paper that we refuse to go to ER, to take responsibility of his back, and I am sure he will bill the insurance for nothing.… Not only he didn’t help, he didn’t even try to help. I spent the rest of the night deeply hurt and upset.

Dr. Saad did an excellent job of stitching up a pretty deep cut on my leg. His calm, confident manner put me at ease and made the whole process go very smoothly!

He was fantastic with my young kids on two different occasions. I was very impressed that he actually walked us to our exam room from the waiting room. I will not go to another urgent care.

Similar to other reviews...his bedside manner needs work. He was very rushed and apathetic during the entire 4 minute visit.

Quick wait times, efficient Paramedic technicians, and the best part is Dr Saad’s efficiency in diagnosis as well as prescribing emergency medication not in his field of practice due to doctor issues.

He rushed in and out the room in a few minutes without examining my injury. Very poor bedside manner. I have to go see another doctor.

Went to immediate care. He told me it was a sty and to soak it. Follow up with my doctor on Monday who is out of town because of the holidays.

He was very dismissive of what I was telling him. Very egotistical and condescending.
