Dismissed me as a patient for missing ONE appointment. Also refuses to release records to my new doctor unless I pay for them. He’s trying to charge for nearly 100 pages of records when less than 20 of those pages were even his records. The rest were my old records from other docs that he had obtained (and that I hadn’t been charged for from These other clinics). He’s trash and so is his office staff!

Take him not having much of a wait in comparison to other rheumatologists in the area as a sign. He’s a total quack. Fires patients for missing ONE appointment. I saw this doctor several times, and I believe he is knowledgeable. However, after over a year I called and requested to get another appointment I was told I had been dismissed from the office for missing appointments. Problem is that to my knowledge I had no appointments scheduled. If I would of had an appointment and could not make it I would have called ahead of time and canceled. I told them that, but they wanted to argue. Very, very poor attitude and very poor service. I would not recommend this clinic.

He was the only Dr. in this area who took my pain seriously. Did not blame it on my weight, or my depression and did not think it was all in my head. He did lab work, he listened, he cared, he did everything a really good doctor was suppose to do and he came back with answers ... with real answers...not well I don't know what they are so we are going to say ghis and it this way... He came back with my blood work and said that my inflamation levels were high and could mean a couple of things... lupus or fibromyalgia with chronic fatigue syndrome and he was pretty sure it fibromyalagia ... and every new dr I see before going over my chart examines me first and will ask me if I knew I had fibromyalagia...He was spot in 20+ years ago before they had all these computer to get info...every one thinks they are doctors since you. Dr. Saitta you really gave a mom with 4 bad azz boy-z with life going all direction and my body only wanting to sleep and stay..

I liked Dr Saitta well enough and he was able to see me sooner than other rheumatologists, which was important. However, I do find the front desk staff to be rude every time I have to deal with them.

I saw him for an issue no one else could figure out. He listened, took his time and was very thorough. Was spot on. Highly recommend and would refer and return if needed.

Pain in feet, ankles, knees, shoulders, hands ... pretty miserable. Diagnosed RA by my primary MD. Saitta found I was vitamin D deficient. No Rx needed, recommended OTC Vitamin D - pain gone. Yes, X-rays, etc. at Washington Regional, a 3-4 minute drive, no biggie. Saitta once called me personally on a Sunday afternoon with test results ..... Easter Sunday. Thanks doc!

Had the same experience as army vet, left frustrated and then had to go to the hospital for x-rays. After all that time and money, the other recommendation I received was for Pt... Long story short I am still trying to find a doctor to help alleviate the pain from arthritis.

This doctor did nothing for me. A complete waste of time. Showed no concern for my pain issues and the exam was less than a minute and he didn't even look at the area of complaint - severe low back pain and sciatica. Rambled on about shoes even though I already wear good fitting shoes. Seemed to fear I would ask for pain meds which was not my interest - I need help and a solution. He offered NOTHING. Only an X-ray which didn't have equipment for so I had to waste my time going to get one and then hear back that I have "wear and tear!" What kind of ignorant response is this? No MRI ordered no follow up - No answers - It seems his attitude is "just suffer"! Save yourself the gas money. Find a GOOD doctor.
