Dr. Michael E Sala, DO

Dr.Sala’s office staff were excellent. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Dr. Michael Sala was kind and explained my problem thoroughly before removing the film on my eye from cataract surgery 2years ago. Calling soon to have the other eye done.

The receptionist at this office is the rudest office employee I've met at any doctor's office. It's a shame because all of the office staff are great except for her. Sadly it hasn't been just one appointment this has happened. If you can be polite to people don't work in customer service. If she weren't here my rating would be 5 star.

Office expects patients an hour away to drive over closed roads in the worst of the weather. Lied about leaving messages, saying there was no answering machine when I have one in use constantly. Avoid unless you're close enough to avoid any emergencies.
