Disgusting people, disgusting practice. Rosy is completely unprofessional and exhibits frankly shocking behavior. When I booked my surgery they told me it is mandatory I have one of their caretakers stay with me for 3 days after surgery. This was because they said I would be unable to do ANYTHING for myself plus this is a very risky time after surgery which requires constant monitoring. Fine. I came down to Miami from NYC with my husband and 7 month old twins and booked a 2 bedroom suite- which wasn't cheap- expecting 24 hour care for 3 days as promised. On day 2 I'm told that they have no one to give me going forward and will refund me for that day. My husband is caring non-stop for our twins and can't care for me also, esp. when I was promised care. Plus, he has no idea what to even do. I can't even get out of bed by myself or reach over to take medication. I'm currently sitting here with drains that haven't been changed since yesterday. When I told Rosy that this is completely… unprofessional and unacceptable she started LAUGHING. Apparently she is related to the doctor so she thinks she can treat people like absolute garbage. This is also blatant PATIENT ABANDONMENT. Additionally, prior to arriving they did not send all of my prescriptions to my pharmacy in NYC and I had to scramble to get them the night I arrived in Miami, with no car and a pharmacy quite a walk away late at night. Not even a "sorry, we overlooked it". I also texted general questions about recovery and whether there will be a recliner available to me to several staff (Yeni & Tatiana) before coming down here and never heard back from anyone. Similarly, before booking my procedure I was told that my tummy tuck involved lipo of the entire abdomen. When I finally met with the doctor he told me that, while other doctors may do this, he doesn't do it because of a risk of the tummy tuck incision opening up. Why was this not told to me prior to booking my surgery? I would have definitely consulted elsewhere. They do not let you speak to the doctor until you book, and pay for, your surgery, so your questions are answered by non-medical professionals who obviously gave Finally, they don't care about your comfort during recovery. They prescribe Tylenol 3 and give you 12 pills. This is not medication you give to someone who just had a tummy tuck and lipo. They claim they are a "narcotic free office". They should have disclosed this before booking. Overall: very rude, very condescending, and very unprofessional staff all around. This has been a nightmare experience and I came down from NYC for this. I think the fact that he had a tv show really went to peoples heads here. They treat patients like absolute crap and should be ashamed of themselves. Finally, they don't care about your comfort during recovery. They prescribe Tylenol 3 and give you 12 pills. I had breast reduction and lift three years ago. My daughter needed the same procedure and once again he has done a fantastic job. Friendly and professional staff but surgery day was scary for me with my daughter. The Doctor, the anesthesiologist, and the the nurse that came to visit were absolutely fantastic. I felt calm and reassured every step of the way. My daughter looks absolutely beautiful and I appreciate, once again, the excellent outcome and the staff. Thank you again Dr. Miami, your wonderful !!!!!

Had rhinoplasty with him and it was completely bothed. He did not properly support the structure of my nose and it collapsed and looks a mess.

At the time he was the best rated plastic surgeon. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that anyone can make mistakes. I was super excited for breast implants back 13 years ago and now I can’t wait to get them out and have my breast’s reconstructed. My breasts look like a 7th grader tried to dissect my aeriolas. Instead of round or oval they have many straight edges making them look like a Picasso. At each visit he said they look so wonderful. I would never go back to him to have this work fixed. Thankfully my husband reconnected with a college friend who is a plastic surgeon.

I went in for a rhino and had even worse breathing and sinus problems after. I did a revision and still nothing helped... additional the staff is rude. Do not go here unless you want to waste money and hamper your life.

There are no words to express how lucky I am to have had surgery by Dr. Salzhauer.  He has made me a new person and I am finally confident in the way I look.  The staff is amazing especially my coordinator Arianny. She answered my every call even at inconvenient times. They all made me feel comfortable throughout the whole surgery process from consult to post op.  I had a breast augmentation. The day after surgery someone from the office came to check up on me, take pics and see my progress. A week from surgery I went in for my weekly appointment.  The first few days i felt a little sore but the pain was manageable nothing crazy.  Didn't even finish my pain meds.  After about a month i was able to start working out again and my tapes were taken off at my monthly follow up appt. Overall this was a great experience and I am confident it was because of Dr. Salzhauer and the  Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Team.  They go above and beyond!

I am so happy with my new boobs.  I have been waiting so long to have this surgery and now that i finally did it I cant believe what a difference it makes. I look great and its all thanks to Dr. Salzhauer and his amazing staff.  Everyone in that office starting with the girls who answer the phone to Yeilin who comes to your house the day after surgery to make sure you are ok, (and she even helps you shower) are fantastic. I flew all the way from Chicago just to have surgery with THE Dr. Miami and it was worth it.  If you are looking for a great surgeon hes the man to go to.

I went to "Dr.Miami" right before I turned 21. He seemed very honest and careful, he wouldn't perform surgery unless I lost 50lbs. Dr. Salzhauer was also on the expensive side, $7,000 for a boob job 8 years ago, which somewhat comforted me. In the end, my breasts have implants but look far from perfect. I have scarring and am not symmetrical. I asked him to make my nipples look smaller and no change except the implant. He did a second corrective surgery and honestly I don't know who even operated on me, all the happened was a lift on one breast. I do not recommend him and honestly regret not doing more research. When I saw my chest after the second surgery I felt maimed, I called and a nurse was sent to take pictures. Never heard from them again.

left buttock larger than right , right buttock higher with large dent. TT left with lumps. still have hanging stomach with love handles. he told me to go to gym for better results. after 4 month in the gym , my surgery was even worst. I can not wear anything form fitting. and my husband do not like to touch my stomach because it is too lumpy. He did say he will fix it , however all reviews of his revision is poor. I will pass. He was very nice but rushed through conversation and surgery .
