Doctor is wonderful ..Office staff is rude and always overbooks appointments we either wait in waiting room with our infant for over an hour or they call night before and cancel appointment. Many time we just go to urgent care. Office staff needs to book appointments with more care and infants should never have to wait longer than 10 mins in waiting room with ill children

A friend recommended Dr. Sanders when our kids fell sick. We had been living out of the country for a couple years and didn't know where to start to find a good pediatrician. We called an made an appt and was scheduled that afternoon. Once we arrived at the office we have to fill out the normal "book" of New Patient Information and sat for another hour before we were seen. We saw several people that came in after us called out, seen by the doctors, and released before they even called us in. We had to question the front desk staff about this and were told we were next. Dr. Sanders listened to our concerns, physically checked our child, and diagnosed him. Since it was Friday he also told us that if the symptoms persisted over the weekend we should go to Urgent Care and gave us instructions and directions. We knew exactly where to go and who to see. Love that he does not prescribe medications unless necessary. Great bedside manner. Staff (not nurse but desk ladies) leave… something to be desired; I find them rude and lazy (it took them several hours to send prescription to pharmacy). Nurse is great; efficient and sweet. Will definitely return.
