Dr. Michael Sanderson, MD

Dr. Sanderson takes his time when he examines you. He is very thorough. He doesn't try to push you through quickly. He is very nice and I really like his assistant too. I am very pleased with the care that I receive from him and recommend him to others.

Dr. Sanderson has been my doctor for about the past five years. I am getting on in years, and I would periodically like certain tests done.4 or 5; months went by and the doctor suggested zero tests. So on my next visit I said to him don't you think we should do a blood test now? And he said yeah I guess we should. I just shook my head. Well the blood test was done. We get the results from the blood tests and everything looks good. No diabetes, cholesterol looks good, everything looked good. Now, three months goes by, 4 months, 5 months and I said it again I think it's time for some more tests. What he said to me kind of floored me. He said okay what tests do you think we should do? Again I shook my head thinking you're the doctor what tests do you do periodically on people my age? Dr. Sanderson is a very nice man and I like him very much on a personal level. But as far as a doctor goes the man is incompetent. I don't know if he's got too much on his mind or what, but he seems to be… daydreaming and distracted lot and I have to bring him back down to earth. My health is important to me and I have since stopped seeing this doctor. There are several other things that happened with this doctor that again made me shake my head which I don't have the time or inclination to go into at the moment. But I hope you're happy with him whoever reads this. For routine things he's great. But when things get deeper and more complicated, he starts fading. Medicine is a very important shield. It is literally life or death. I would rather switch doctors and go to one that I feel is more confident than this doctor. You shouldn't have to shake your head in response to what your doctor is doininside your head this guy's unbelievably incompetent.

Ok I had to add this to my review I called about a medication I was prescribed expecting a medical assistant to call me back but the Dr. HIMSELF called me back very promptly I'm very impressed! Great service thank you!

Dr. Sanderson is great and his assistant is great. But they con't call back very good!

Dr. Sanderson is amazing and spends time and makes you feel comfortable and cared for and knowable.
