Dr schendel is a wonderful doctor, I have seen him for years, It breaks my heart that he is retiring, I wish him well

My mother was his patient. She had many health problems, but the worst was Alzheimer's. However, he would want to see her like once a week, knowing how difficult it was for me to keep her in the waiting room.. Then when we would finally see him, he would talk directly to her as if she knew what he was talking about and he just didn't listen to what I would try and tell him.. I finally just stopped taking her and got home health . As if watching her suffer wasn't enough, we had to deal with him.. Not a good place to go.

Does not listen to what you say, The nurse had to tell him that I already had a test done because he would not give me 10 seconds to tell him, so i left frustrated. I plan to report him to insurance company and do my best to get his license pulled. He is a great example of what not to be as a Doctor.
