Dr. Michael B Schussler, MD

Had to give a Star but actually I'd give them a zero star. First off the front desk and the nurses are extremely rude. I went in and seen Dr Schussler for my Planter's Fasciitis and honestly I thought I was at a Seminar. He was talking and drawing on his little foot board so fast I couldn't make heads or tales out of it all. Than tells me injections, exercises, heat, cold, creams, meds, orthos or nothing else would help what I have BUT if I DO the Lazer surgery this LITTLE help. I felt as though I was being sold something. Than the padding that the girl put on my foot (that the Dr just got finished saying wouldn't help, her finger nails were so long she scratched the bottom of my foot. I also work in medical field and your nails are NOT supposed to be that long. So...when I leave I go to the front desk and she tells me the price for the Lazer for 12 treatments which are 10 minutes long $490. Yeah forget it. So she takes my Co-Pay and I don't realize it until I leave and look at my… online bank transactions. She charged me a $45 co pay and on my card I have a $30 co pay. I called my insurance and they verified my co pay should of only been $30 This place is a joke and not a funny one. Trust me go to someone else

Dr. Schussler was very caring and compassionate to my child. He was also very professional towards myself and husband. His sense of humor put us all at ease. The procedure went smoothly and Dr. Schussler even called that night to check on her. She is doing much better and seems back to her old self. I would recommend Dr. Schussler.

This guy is a podiatrist.....NOT an MD. Don't be fooled, podiatrists are not real doctors

Caring, knowledable, effective Doctor!

I have been a patient of this Dr. for many many years, and he has always taken excellent care of my feet and met my needs compeletly. However, the wait time is always an issue, so I bring a book, I pad, or something to do. But he does treat the patient at that visit, with what they need right then, so you don't have to come back to get treatment, again for another appt., so maybe that is why everyone has to wait. So one long appt. or two? He knows his stuff.!!!!

After waiting for nearly an hour I saw this Dr. for less than a minute in the treatment room. He was overbooked at 8:00 is the reason for the wait. Had a non-caring attitude, charged $58.00 for an ace bandage for my foot. Did not take time to explain any of his diagnosis or what his plan for treatment was. Had no idea what charges I had incured till much later when the bill came. I am VERY dissatisfied with this Dr. and his treatment of me as a patient and as a person.
