Dr. Michael Paul Schuster, MD

Dr. Schuster was the only doctor that took the time with me and diagnosed the sources of my excruciating pain. He perforformed radial ablation on my back which improved my level of pain. He also prescribed the correct doses of medications for the remaining pain and kept close tabs on me that I took it correctly. Dr. Schuster was a Godsend to me and I will sorely miss him. No other doctor cared for me as well as him.

He was and is exceptional. He even was very understanding. He was a great doctor and I could talk with him about my pain. Why is he in jail? They always had signs on the door when he was going to be out of the country or out of town letting us know we couldn't get meds. I don't believe what I am reading about him. Nurses were rude. By the way, my son who was in a coma in NE is now doing great!

Doctor Schuster is one of the best Doctor that knows how to deal with the pain that your having. And keeping up on you to make sure you are taking your medication right. Most doctor jest give you med afeter med but not doctor he't the best.

After Years of treatments by Drs. all over the state; I was finally sent to Dr Shuster! I was very wary but became extremely after a few treatments! Finally a Dr. who knows how to actually relieve the pain of cronic sufferers. His treatments were the most effective Ive ever came across. Yes drugs are included in the treatment but minitored very carefully and after my pain levels were in a better stage; The med. Levels were reduced to a appropiate level.Ive never known a better Dr.for people with cronic pain! He made my life Bearable again! And I thought all his staff were very hard working people withcaring attitudes!

Dr Schuster is a good doctor but tends to talk to much about his personal life and other nonsense. His receptionist has a completely awful attitude and doesn't have any people skills. The nurse that take the drug tests and Nicole are really nice. As for the larger nurse she always looks irritated and acts like she is better than everyone. I have received several procedures and they have changed my life completely I just wish they had better staff, and one more thing at my most recent appointment I heard these dogs whining THE WHOLE TIME! That was very annoying and defiantly not professional.

It was a struggle to find a pain management doctor to actually Nieve me about what was ailing me and to the degree but with Dr. Schuster he took the time to actually sit down listen ask me questions and to accurately diagnose my medical problems. He was finally able to get me 89% out of pain. Seeing Dr. Schuster finally returned my life to me, I was able go out and enjoy life again. I only had a small amount of pain and it was tolerable. He honestly is a Godsend and I would recommend Dr. Schuster to every and anyone that is looking and in need of a pain free life. The only downside of going to his Westcott drive office is having to deal with his staff, especially his receptionist. She has to be the ugliest most rude obnoxious annoying person that has to meet and greet the public ever. I think if she ever tried to smile she might faint from unbelievable amount of pain from the cracks that would developed in her face. She really should be replaced by someone that better represents Dr.… Schuster and she should go find a job in a morgue where she only has to work with people that won't care what way she acts.

I am so grateful to Dr. Schuster. He has treated me so kindly. I feel guilty for taking narcotic medicine, but Dr. Schuster did not make me feel badly about this. He is such a SMART doctor and have a lot of trust in him. I come from Wichita, KS and am so thankful that such a good, caring doctor exists. I know Dr. Schuster will help me get off my meds. I have had improvement and know I will have more improvement in the future.I appreciate the staff. I know it must be difficult for them to work with people with so much pain. It is often hard for me to keep a good attitude when hurting so much, but the staff has been kind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schuster's for 12 YEARS & my opinion of him has only increased each passing year...caring, compassionate, knowledgable...nothing but positive words for Dr. Schuster.UNFORTUNETLY, the complete opposite describes 95% of his staff. When I first started seeing Dr. Schuster, he employed one of the best staff I have ever encountered. 12 yrs later and I have become quite disappointed with Dr. Schuster. Disappointed not as a doctor but with his judge of character that he continues to allow his patients (the people who keep him employed in a nice salary) to be treated so poorly. There are no words to describe how badly we, his patients, are treated. The worse members of his staff are Tracy & the lady who writes our refills & collects our urine samples. I am nothing but respectful, personable & kind to these ugly individuals, NEVER GIVING THEM AN EXCUSE TO TREAT ME SO HORRIBLY, yet they are rude, disrespectful, uncompassionate & overall act as though we are a burden,… wasting their time & better then us. Idk how many times I have called in my refills, waited the required 72 hours only to be told it has only been 24 or 48 hrs. I have pulled up my cell phone records to prove it to her that it has been 72 hrs, only to be talked down to, told with eye & head rolls that i am wrong while I am refused my scripts. IT IS A CONTROL ISSUE WITH THESE 2 & they enjoy every minute bc we really are at their mercy...they know they hold all the cards.I can, also, tell you how many times I have heard or experienced Tracy talking poorly about patients as soon as they walk out the front door...even speaking about things that are suppose to be confidental...and while other patients are sitting within ear shot. I have witnessed her convincing individuals/friends (soliders) who accompany patients to make food runs for herself, hanging up on callers, slamming the phone down to end a call while using "yeah" as her good-bye...the list goes on & on. As for the nurses who accompany you to an exam room, I have only had 2 who rank up there with Tracy & script refill nurse(?) in rudeness. Otherwise, every other nurse has been professional & respectful. It's too bad those 4 women bring such horror to this medical office.FINALLY, THE ISSUE OF DOGS BEING BROUGHT TO WORK...YES, DOGS, & I AM TALKING BIG DOGS (I BELIEVE LABS BUT I AM NOT A DOG EXPERT). I have only seen them there on Fridays about half a dozen different times...go figure, the day Dr. Schuster is not in the office on Fridays. Who owns this place? Dr. Schuster or HIS STAFF? All i know is that this is a MEDICAL office not a Vet Clinic or Doggie daycare. Then again, Tracy & her 3 evil sisters think of us as such...animal scum who they need to patrol & control.DR. SCHUSTER PLEASE CLEAN HOUSE BC ONE DAY SOMEONE IS GOING TO SNAP, SAY "ENOUGH" AND REPORT YOUR BUSINESS. 99% OF YOUR PATIENTS DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU AS OUR DOCTOR? PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES & TAKE A LONG LOOK AROUND YOUR OFFICE. YOU WILL SEE BC THEY DON'T TRY TO HIDE HOW THEY POORLY TREAT US!

As many comments online about Dr. Schuster,the negatives are not aimed at Dr. Schuster but his staff! They are short with you on the phone or in person, look like they would rather be doing anything other than helping you. The nurses are a little better, at least having some bedside manner but not much. Dr. Schuster is great, very knowledgeable about possible causes for my pain, friendly, and reassuring that he will work to manage the pain with & without narcotic medications. He is worth going to see just be aware of the people who will meet you first, his office staff who I don't know if they know how to smile.

Dr Shuster, his staff and the practice is amazing. They are the first group I have found that listens to and cares about my illness and treats me to ease the pain. I love the staff and I think they are not given any credit for how hard they work and some of the tacky trailer trash types they are forced to deal with. I can not think of any doctor who has ever gone so far out of thier way to treat my illness and give the extra caring and sincere consideration that they do. I love them all and am grateful that I am blessed eough to have them treating me.. If you are treated in a rude or abrupt manner by these amazing people- YOU need to look at your own actions before even considering posting a negative review of them. They are doing thier job - and they are incredible at what they do.
