Dr. Michael A Seivert, DO

PLEASE do not go to this doctor. My husband went in for a simple scope for a torn meniscus and Dr. Seivert made it worse. Is that even possible? Almost a year later he can hardly walk on his knee. Dr. Seivert bragged about how he did surgery for a guy who felt so good he ran up the stairs at a diamondback game the same day. Not the case here. He said he did some "extra" stuff that not all doctors do. Whatever that was has more than likely resulted in my husband's pain. When my husband asked when he could start running again, the doctor chuckled and said his running days were over. This was after the surgery. Big promises up front, none of which were fulfilled. I honestly wonder if he was high when he did my husband's surgery because he put his arm around me and on my back and spoke way too closely and it made me uncomfortable. I had to ask questions more than once because he seemed a bit spacy. Not only that, he swears like a sailor ALL THE TIME. I have never had a doctor drop f-bombs… and other choice words at an office visit, but he does. I promise, I am not making this stuff up. He is arrogant and unlikeable. Brags about himself a lot. I thought, oh maybe he's just one of those doctor's who is a little full of himself, but really good. NOPE. We should have walked the second we went into his eerily empty office, no other patients waiting. That was a sign for sure.

I have been a patient of Dr Seivert for over 8 years. Usually seen on time but not always. He always spends as much time with you as needed. He always does a full exam on every visit. The staff and the doctor are very professional He is down to earth and a great doctor. Matt Capron RN

I found dr Seivert when I was in need of a cure for my very painful knee, after a fall. He is the best person I could have ever asked for to treat me. He is extremely patient and explains ever little so that there is no doubt what the treatment will include. I had a torn meniscus on each side of my knee. He demonstrated the injury in detail on each mri picture. He told me what the surgery would entail and exactly what to expect. He spent so much time with me I felt that he I felt guilty. On the day of surgery he spoke to me before and later called me at home to see how I was doing. His follow-up after surgery was even better. He checked all degrees of my movement , for any pain anywhere. Again detailing every aspect of the recovery process. I just wish that I had found Dr Seivert earlier so that all of my klutzy girlfriends and I would not have had to deal with out falling issues without treatment.

Dr. Seivert provided me with great quality care during my appointment. He spends so much time with his patients and truly cares about you as a person. His attention to detail and expertise is very apparent.
