Dr. Michael Seyffert, MD

I was profoundly shocked by the absence of compassion, effective communication, and fundamental human decency exhibited Dr. Michael Seyffert My experience leads me to believe he represents a significant failure in healthcare standards and is an unacceptable blight upon the medical community.

Incorrect notations & Rude , he only cared about & I quote "Time time time " - just awful! Look else where

Look else where, theirs Way better doctors that are knowledgeable .

The worst I've ever talked to .

NOT LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY. I am a trans man and he did nothing but ignore my experiences and treat me with disrespect. He has no bedside manner, and if you want to meet with someone who is nice in any way, DO NOT GO TO HIM. As a white cis-gender man, all he did was mansplain my problems to me and try to talk his way out of the disrespect he showed.

Checked into U of M psychiatric "Emergency Room" around 11 pm did not end up seeing this guy until 5:30 AM, then when we did get to talk to him we had about a 5 minute conversation that was rushed and he didn't seem very knowledgeable at all in this field, he ended up diagnosing me with "moderate to severe anxiety" before cutting me off when I talking about the issues I was having.2 hours later after diagnosis Seyffert has his assistant come out to sign papers to discharge and denies any type of medication and did nothing for me but tell me I need a psychiatric and to "work harder to get over my problems".I think he is the one that needs to be evaluated, think again before going here.

He provided excellent and through care and am glad to have been under his care. He made the correct diagnosis and is a really nice person and physician. Down to earth and professional
