Been going to Dr Shannon for 16 years. He is compassionate and gives impeccable dental care. His decades of experience show, and he also keeps his facility modern. Yes, you may on occasion wait a bit- but I prefer quality care over drive-through processing. My and my family’s health is important to me.

Every time it go to see this doctor I wait at least 40 minutes in the waiting room and an hour to see him. Switched to another local dentist and actually got seen when my appointment time was. Not to mention Dr Shannon practically fell asleep while working in my mouth his assistant had to kick him to keep him awake. He was rude and when I asked about the price of the procedure he said I needed done he told me it didn't matter I had to get it done, I didn't have any other options. I didn't get it done that day and decided to get a second opinion they actually gave me three different options. He has another doctor at his office I believe his name was Dr Peary and he was great if I could see him every time I would probably still go there. Overall horrible experience at this office. Get what you pay for. Nothing is cheap about dentistry and I'd rather go to an office where my time is valued and the dentist appreciates having me as a patient
