This is by far the worst dental clinic I have encountered in decades of dental visits. The front desk service was very poor and unprofessional. The clinic requires patients to pay the full estimated bill before receiving treatment, but their charges are often higher than what the insurance company later determines the patient actually owes. When I asked to pay based on the insurance company‘s determination, the billing manager refused. Worse yet, a front desk staff member rudely grabbed the insurance statement from my hand and began shouting loudly. When I requested my treatment records, I was threatened that they would not be released unless I paid the full clinic bill, regardless of the insurance settlement. I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a healthcare provider. In addition, the hygienist’s work was perfunctory, her attitude was not friendly. Each cleaning takes much less time (5-10 minutes) of other dental clinics’ hygienists. There was no communication at… all during the whole cleaning process. I strongly caution others against trusting this clinic.
