I had a blood issue and had been to many doctors who could not find the problem. I was referred to Dr Sherman and I was treated so well by him and his staff. He helped me understand what the problem was and how he would fix it. And he kept his word. He fixed the problem and it didn’t take very long. I will always refer him to anyone I know who needs an outstanding doctor to Dr Michael P Sherman.

Get a second opinion and listen to reviews on the web! Dr. Sherman is rude and gave us an incorrect diagnosis. After getting a second opinion from UCSF, Dr. Sherman’s staging was incorrect and more advanced than what UCSF say. Compare his office from front desk, nurses, Dr. Sherman to another oncologist. If you find the process takes long, it speaks to our poor experience with his office. Just go to someone else! Read other poor reviews on him.

This man gave a misdiagnosis and had treated me for years. I finally decided to get a second opinion from another oncologist and found out i was misdiagnosed. He ordered the wrong labs and studies and my new oncologist made me better. Get a second opinion.

I don’t know why he continued seeing patients after losing privileges with John Muir. He has lost trust in a lot of people and should lose his license.

I’m sorry but I cannot trust someone with such a low rating and who has lost privileges and continued practicing even though he did. He’s a corrupt man and deserves to lose his license.

Dr Sherman misdiagnosed and treated me for a cancer that I did not have! He does not know how to read a PET scan! Seriously. He just treats by the radiologist report! Do not see him!

I have been going to Dr. Sherman since 2007. He is a kind, thorough doctor who always has my health at the forefront of his care. I have come to like/love him as a friend over the years. I am glad to be alive!

I saw Dr. Sherman during one of the darkest periods of my adult life. His patience, reassurance and caring attitude did a lot to get me through my ordeal. Dr. Sherman and his staff are the most competent professionals I have ever dealt with.

Dr Sherman seems to be bothered by patients, and the questions they may ask. He seems disassociated from the appointment , egar to leave the room to do more interesting things.
